Now Hiring: House Manager
We are hiring a dedicated male house manager for our Los Angeles men's sober living home. A valid driver's license is required to apply.
Responsibilities
- ◆Oversee a six-resident men's sober living home and enforce house rules with consistency and compassion
- ◆Administer twice-weekly U/A urine tests plus random screens and breathalyzers
- ◆Lead the mandatory Sunday 7:00 PM house meeting
- ◆Check daily chores by 9:00 PM and maintain a clean, orderly home
- ◆Weekend grocery shopping for the house
- ◆Document intakes, medications, curfews, passes, and incidents
Requirements
- ◆Male applicants only
- ◆Valid driver's license — REQUIRED (number, state, and a clear photo of the license)
- ◆Reliable transportation for weekend grocery runs
- ◆Experience in recovery, sober living, or behavioral health preferred
- ◆If in recovery, a minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety
